Currently our core business is representing corporate policyholders in recovering proceeds from their insurance carriers, we generally represent corporations in asserting claims on their behalf. Our clients typically are Fortune 500 companies, and other major U.S. and international corporations. We routinely handle claims ranging from $5 million to $500 million or more.
Our approach to insurance recovery reflects our core philosophy. We utilize a multidisciplinary team to analyze the legal, financial, insurance, and technical issues which are all intertwined in a complex insurance claim. When addressing a complex environmental or toxic tort claim, for example, we donπt "fake it" and pretend that we are scientists. We integrate legal and scientific expertise into our core team working with you. The result, typically, is resolution of complex insurance claims on an expedited schedule and without litigation. We donπt curse out our adversaries or throw things across the table – we solve problems efficiently and cost effectively and as part of your overall business strategy.
