Laurence Eisenstein is a graduate of Harvard University magna cum laude and a graduate of Harvard Law School cum laude. Larry has been handling insurance matters and complex litigation for nearly fifteen years, and has frequently been called upon to handle claims in excess of $100 million. He is a frequent speaker and author on insurance issues, both in the U.S. and in other countries, and has been widely quoted by the press on these topics.
Dr. John Malanchuk received a Ph.D. in Ecology from the University of Georgia, and an M.A. and a B.S. in Biology from SUNY/Plattsburgh. He has been a University Professor, a member of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agencyπs Senior Executive Service, and an officer in an environmental company. Dr. Malanchuk has published extensively and has been handling environmental matters for over thirty years, and has been working on environmental insurance claims full-time for four years.
